Saya akan menjelaskan cara membuat portuguise sauce.
Bahan:
- Onion ( cut into brunoise )
- Salad oil
- Tomato concase
- Garlic
- Tomato sauce
- Fresh parsley
Cara membuat:
- Onion cut brunoise and saute with oil
- Add tomato concase and garlic. Simmer until reduced by about one-third
- Then add tomato concase, adjust seasonings and the last put chopped parsley.
Setelah praktik kami tak lupa melakukan rutinitas kami yaitu general cleaning.
