Ingredient:
800 gr Hard Flour
200 gr Soft Flour
75 gr Milk Powder
125 gr Sugar
4 pcs Egg
10 gr Salt
5 gr Improver
20 gr Yeast
500 cc Ice Waters
Step To make it :
Mix all ingredient, and mix with stright dough method, after that add waters and knead until smooth, after that proofing for 20 minutes, after proofing roll dough and than baking with 190*C.
