Daily Activity 9 (english version)

Halo guys, so the practice material for this time is we have to cooked 6 dish, there is lemper ayam, roti abon, berliner, talam labu, sacher torte and opera cake. We have to make it 150 pax because there’s a guest would be come to our campus

And my tim gonna maked sacher torte. And i decided to make the chocolate sponge cake for the sacher. While we cooked all the dish. We also cooked for our sell product to finish our target. So our product for this time is rice bowl chicken spicy and chocolate banana. 

After the practice is finish, we never forget to do our routine is general cleaning because we have to keep the kitchen is clean so thats why our product would be good.
