Daily activity 1 (english version)

Halo guys. So today im officially in semester 5. Today im incharge in semester 3.

So their practice activity today is about oriental buffet. 

So the menu is

Thai beef salad

Chinese spinach and peanut salad

So this is what they do when practice in the kitchen. 

I give them target to finish their food in 4 hours and their food must be out on time and the portion must be enough for 40 pax. 

So this is their food. They are going to explain their food to lecturer. And over all, all the comment about their food is good enough. They are just need to increase their speed. 

After oriental buffet is finish, they are going to prepare for europan buffet for tomorrow. 

After all the preparation is finish. They are going to do the most important thing after practice, and that is general cleaning. Its very important to do after work to keep the kitchen clean and we are feel comfortable to cook in there.
