Ingredients:
- 500gr Shrimp
- 300gr Eggplant
- Lemon juice ( as needed )
- Salt
- Pepper
Sambal bajak
- 200gr Red Chili
- 75gr Chili
- 150gr Garlic
- 100gr Shallot
How to make
- The first step is marinated the shrimp with lemon juice and salt pepper
- While you marinated the shrimp, cut the eggplant
- After that, make the sambal bajak:
- after all ingredients is ready, sautee all ingredients
- after that, blend all the ingredients until puree
- and then, sautee the sambal bajak and add lemon leaf.
- After sambal bajak is ready, add the shrimp and boil until cooked
- After the shrimp is cooked, put the shrimp into other bowl. And reduce sambal bajak until really thick
- And then, fry the eggplant
- After the sambal bajak is already thick, then shrimp and eggplant with sambal bajak is ready to eat.
