Daily Activity 7 (english version)

     Halo guys, so for partice this time im gonna make leaven because in the next practice we gonna make bread from this leaven. Leaven is a same with yeast but leaven is a improver product. leaven is make from sour dough.

     The good leaven is you put it on the water the leaven will be float on the top. after the leaven is ready, we have a new assignment from our lecturer, and the assignment is we have to get 2million rupiah for this week. so we decided to sell Fried rice and Choholate banana.

     After our prudoct is sold out. we make a sponge cake. and i have to make caramel sponge cake. and the sponge cake that we make is absoloutely good because the texture is not hard. and the taste of the sponge cake is lil bit bitter because the caramel.

     The technicue of make sponge cake is not too easy but also not too hard, cause we need patience to make this cake, if we missed just one step so that will be make the sponge cake is hard
